Why I'm standing
I care deeply about Upper Harbour's future. Having lived in Auckland for over 30 years, I've seen our community grow rapidly, and I want to ensure we keep pace by investing in infrastructure that makes our neighbourhoods safe, inclusive and thriving. But infrastructure alone is not enough, we must also invest in people, so everyone, regardless of age, ability or background, feels they belong. We can't just build houses, we must build community!
About me
I bring local knowledge and global experience in banking, business and international film, including Disney's Mulan. With a Master's in Technological Futures, I offer experience in business, governance, creativity and innovation. I've served on a school board, advise Harbour Hospice and volunteer with local organisations, leading programmes that support youth, arts, culture and intergenerational wellbeing. I bring vision and responsibility to deliver practical solutions for Upper Harbour.
My priorities
- Commit to the delivery of Albany Library and Whenuapai community facility to support growth.
- Advocate for improved public safety and reduced congestion to keep our communities safe and moving.
- Support volunteers in planting, pest control, restoration and protecting our natural environment.
